Pregnancy/Post-Pregnancy, many women find that bodywork during pregnancy not only promotes relaxation and reduces stress but helps them relieve the bodily aches and pains associated with childbirth. It also increases circulation and diminishes the likelyhood of varicose veins and swollen feet and legs. Postpartum bodywork is also essential to restoring the new mother back to her own body and, due to the high amount of elastin in her body, can usually create significant changes in her structure. New mothers are welcome to bring their babies with them, just ask ahead. David, Hanne
